How to test wireless charger coating adhesion by cross-cut test?
To verify whether the adhesion of silk-screened logo and paint coating on the surface of wireless charger samples meets requirements.
Test Standard:
GB/T 9286-2021
Test Procedure:
1. Use a cross-cut cutter to make a grid pattern (10×10 squares) on the coating surface, cutting through the coating down to the substrate.
2. Brush the grid diagonally with a soft brush for 5 times in each diagonal direction.
3. Apply 3M adhesive tape over the cut grid and press firmly by hand.
4. Leave it for 60 seconds, then peel off the tape vertically at a 90° angle.
Test Result:
After the cross-cut test, no peeling of the silk-screened logo on the sample surface was observed. The test is PASSED.
