How to conduct wireless charger bare unit vibration test?
Objective:
Ensure product stability after vibration encountered in transit.
Test Standard: GB/T 4857.23-2021
Test Procedures
1. Inspect the appearance, packaging and lens of the product.
2. Mount the packaged unit (in transport condition) onto the vibration table.
3. Set the vibration table to specified parameters: frequency 100 Hz, amplitude 2 mm, duration 2 hours.
4. After the test, conduct inspections on appearance, mechanical performance, electrical performance and other properties.
Test Result:
After the vibration test, slight wear and whitening are observed on the bottom rubber feet of the product. The sample maintains normal structure and power output, so the test is passed.
